The 2026 Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR) & Qualified Registry Qualified Postings are updated to reflect new or resolved remedial actions and/or terminations applied to the third-party intermediaries. For more information, visit the QPP Resource Library to access the updated qualified posting and review the version history tab within the qualified posting. 

The QCDR & 2026 Qualified Registry Qualified Postings are a list of all intermediaries that are authorized by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to submit quality measures, Promoting Interoperability measures, and improvement activities on behalf of MIPS eligible clinicians, groups, virtual groups, subgroups, or Alternative Payment Model (APM) Entities, including Medicare Shared Savings Program (Shared Savings Program) Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) (herein known as Qualified Payment Program (QPP) participants). This applies to both voluntary and opt-in MIPS eligible clinicians and groups for the 2026 MIPS performance year. Only the CMS-approved QCDRs and Qualified Registries contained in the Qualified Posting are recognized by CMS for their ability to collect and submit Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) data on behalf of their clients. Please only use CMS-approved QCDRs and Qualified Registries for your reporting needs.
