Hi Henryk,
There are certain times in nature that invite us to become more aware.
Not simply of what is happening around us…
But of what is happening within us.
The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of those times.
For generations, this season has represented harvest, gratitude, togetherness, reflection, and the fullness of the moon.
But there is something deeper within it.
A reminder to recognize what has been growing in our own lives.
What we have been nurturing.
What we have been carrying.
And perhaps even what we are now ready to release.
The Mid-Autumn Festival gives us a beautiful opportunity to become aware of that.
Because part of honouring what has grown is also recognizing what we no longer need to carry forward.
Today, I am holding a special Mid-Autumn Tea Ceremony & Meditation.
And I want this to be more than learning about an ancient tradition.
I want you to experience its essence.
Tea has been used for centuries as a way to slow the body, settle the mind, and bring our awareness back to the present moment.
Because when we become quiet enough, we begin to notice things that the noise of everyday life can easily cover.
We feel our energy differently.
We hear ourselves differently.
We begin to recognize what is truly asking for our attention.
And during this special time of harvest, I want to guide you into that space.
A space where we can appreciate what life has already given us, become present with where we are now, and create room for what we are continuing to cultivate within ourselves.
