Got this reply yesterday, and it's fair enough that I want to answer it out loud:

"ok, you have bashed GHL forever! Now, you have the ability to profit from this so, ghl is good now? Why this?"

Here's the honest answer.

I was never against the software. I was against the way it gets sold...

There's a whole industry of affiliates out there telling people who have zero clients that they need a monthly subscription before they can even get started. That's backwards.

...You don't buy a truck before you have a single lawn to mow.

That's what I've been loud about, and I haven't changed my mind.

If you have clients, and the tool makes you money, use it. If you don't have clients yet, the tool is not your problem.

Which is the whole point of the training.

The AI Landlord model isn't a software play. It's a rent play.

The thing that matters is whether a roofer who's losing calls on a ladder every morning will pay you $500 to $1,000 a month to make it stop. He will.

What you use to build it is a detail, and the training covers your options either way, including one that doesn't cost you anything to start.

Go watch it. Then decide for yourself whether I've gone soft.
