A federal appeals court heard arguments yesterday over the Trump administration’s reconstitution of ACIP, the CDC’s vaccine advisory panel. A Massachusetts federal judge suspended the appointments of 13 new panel members in March, after determining that there was a “substantial likelihood” the appointments were unlawful. ACIP has effectively remained frozen since. A decision from the appeals court could come any day now.
