Subs is making it easier to explore new content and allow all of our creators to be discovered by even more users and audiences. To make this possible we are updating our Terms of Service and other policies as part of our ongoing efforts to improve your experience and make the platform even better for you.
You can read the updated documents here Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Content Moderation Policy
What has changed.
Sexually explicit content (“Explicit content”) including content that depicts sexual activity or genitalia will be moved to a different area of the website and it will no longer be viewable alongside content that is generally available to the public (such as your home page or feed page).
You will still be able to view any new or existing Explicit content on Subs. However, it will be held in a private gallery section of the website in your direct messages.
These changes will not remove any Explicit content that you currently have access to.
As a creator, you can still send your subscribers or followers Explicit content through direct, group or broadcasting messages, or through any other ways that the platform permits.
When does it take effect?
The changes will take effect on 9th October, 2026.
What if I don’t agree with the changes?
If you don’t agree with the changes, you may end your agreement with us pursuant to the Terms of Service or by contacting us. Support@subs.com.
To continue to use Subs on or after the effective date of the changes, you will be asked to acknowledge and accept our updated Terms of Service and other policies when you log in.
We value your involvement in Subs and thank you for being a part of this community.
