The U.S. defense budget just hit a record $1 TRILLION — and the next potential battlefield edge isn't a bigger missile.
It's sensors that can sniff out a threat from a distance... paired with AI that tells a soldier what it means in real time.
Today's alert sits right at that intersection. And it's trading for pennies.
WE ARE ISSUING AN IMMEDIATE ALERT ON ISTKF!
Intellistake Technologies Corp. (CSE: ISTK | OTCQB: ISTKF) is a Vancouver-based technology company focused on AI, blockchain and digital-asset infrastructure.
Now it's expanding into DEFENSE technology. On August 4, ISTKF signed a definitive agreement to acquire NanoAi Technologies — a Dallas nanotech company building standoff detectors designed to identify multiple airborne threats without physical contact — for ~C$17 million in shares, with vesting tied to performance milestones.
NanoAi is led by Craig Micklich, a 12-year U.S. Navy SEAL veteran and former Deutsche Bank Managing Director. Its CTO led NetWare development at Novell and shipped products at Microsoft.
Meanwhile, ISTKF's AI business has already booked its first enterprise revenue under a contract with PowerBank Corporation.
On October 8, NanoAi began lab testing against its first targeted explosive threat. The stock? Up ~77% from its June closing low.

DETECT AT A DISTANCE. DECIDE WITH AI.
NanoAi's flagship is the NanoAi Analyzer — a portable, nanotech-based air-screening device, with standoff detection versions designed to mount on wearables, entryways, drones and robots. The device has completed 60,000+ validation tests for infection detection, with results in about 30 seconds. The underlying sensing process was published in Scientific Reports (Nature Portfolio) in a 2022 breath-analyzer study co-authored by Micklich. The company says the method isn't disease-specific — though each new application needs its own validation.
Here's where it gets interesting: NanoAi is one of ten development partners granted a royalty-free license to build accessories for Gentex Corporation's Ops-Core RAILINK helmet power-and-data rail. ISTKF's plan is to layer its AI agent and data infrastructure on top — sensor fusion, fleet management, and blockchain-backed chain-of-custody for detection data.
Where things stand: NanoAi leased a dedicated Op Center in the Dallas-Richardson defense corridor and has now started explosive-threat testing there — no results reported yet. The acquisition has not closed and remains subject to due diligence (including IP title), NanoAi's audit, a $2M minimum cash condition and no objection from the CSE.
IS THE JUNE LOW THE FLOOR FOR ISTKF?

Let's be upfront about the history.
ISTKF was trading close to $3 last year AT THIS TIME with highs of 2.96.
That represents up to 854% UPSIDE POTENTIAL from here.
Since hitting those highs, ISTKF bled and eventually bottomed at a $0.19 close on June 29, 2026. That's a ~93% wipeout from peak.
But look at what's happened since. When the stock pulled back in late September, it held a higher low at $0.21 on October 1. That's the support line traders are watching — and the yellow uptrend connecting the two lows is still intact.
Overhead, the first test is the ~$0.45 zone, where the stock closed on August 7 during the NanoAi announcement run.
Beyond that, the chart is wide open all the way back to the 52-week closing high!
And the calendar is filling up. Audited fiscal-2026 results are due by October 28, 2026 (120 days after the June 30 year-end for venture issuers), alongside potential testing updates and NanoAi closing milestones. Could this be where the trend finally turns?
