Hi jan
I just wanted to take a moment to reach out personally and remind you of something important: you are capable of far more than you think.
Life has a funny way of testing us—sometimes with unexpected challenges, sometimes with an alarm clock that rings way too early. But the truth is, every great success starts with a decision. A decision to take action, to believe in yourself, and to keep going even when that little voice in your head says, "Eh, maybe later."
Here’s the good news: the habits of the most successful people aren’t secrets. They’re simple, repeatable actions that, when practiced consistently, lead to extraordinary results.
- Wake up with purpose (preferably before 6 AM, but I won’t judge if it’s 6:01).
- Start your day by reading something inspiring (like this email—see, you're already on track!).
- Plan your day the night before (so you don’t wake up wondering, “What was I supposed to do again?”).
- Focus on your most valuable task first (eat that frog, as I like to say—though not literally, unless you’re into that).
- Keep learning (audio books, courses, or simply having coffee with someone smarter than you).
You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to be consistent. The key to doubling your success is not doubling your stress, but doubling down on the small actions that move the needle.
And remember, if you ever feel stuck, just ask yourself: "What’s the one thing I can do right now to move forward?" Then go do it. Even if it’s just a tiny step, you’re already ahead of most people.
I believe in you. You should, too. Now go make today count.
To your success,
Brian Tracy
P.S. I hope this email made you smile, inspired you, or reminded you that you left your coffee in the microwave (again)
