Hey hey, and welcome to this week's Friday Faves.

We celebrated Mother's Day by cooking a deliciously easy brunch for my mama and mother-in-law. My husband rocked it with his ​perfectly poached eggs​ for my mom's request for ​eggs benedict​ topped with ​my extra-easy blender hollandaise​, my ​dad's extra-special breakfast potatoes​, and ​honey lime fruit salad​. We enjoyed it all on the china I inherited from my grandma — another reminder to use the china instead of saving it for "a special day" and a reason to remember those we love who are no longer here.
