Hey hey, and welcome to this week's Friday Faves.
We celebrated Mother's Day by cooking a deliciously easy brunch for my mama and mother-in-law. My husband rocked it with his perfectly poached eggs for my mom's request for eggs benedict topped with my extra-easy blender hollandaise, my dad's extra-special breakfast potatoes, and honey lime fruit salad. We enjoyed it all on the china I inherited from my grandma — another reminder to use the china instead of saving it for "a special day" and a reason to remember those we love who are no longer here.
