Please be advised that starting August 1st, 2025, customer will no longer be able to create new alert rules or utilize existing ones that monitor the nConnected metric.

Change Context

The nConnected metric has been identified as not being consistently calculated across all media types. This inconsistency makes it unreliable for effective alert monitoring. To ensure the accuracy and reliability of customers' alerts, we are removing the ability to monitor this specific metric.

Change Impact

• New Alert Rules: Customer will not be able to select nConnected as the metric to monitor when creating any new alert rules.
• Existing Alert Rules: All existing alert rules that include nConnected as a monitored metric will be automatically disabled on August 1st, 2025. These rules will remain disabled and cannot be re-enabled until the predicate referencing nConnected is either updated to monitor a different metric or completely removed from the rule.
