Dear Bailey’s Upper Families,

It’s hard to believe, but we’ve arrived at our final full week of the 2024–2025 school year. I’m feeling a mix of emotions as I reflect on this incredible year.

My first year as principal of Bailey’s Upper has been nothing short of amazing. It has brought me so much joy to spend each day with your children—they are truly remarkable. Watching them learn, grow, and shine has been the highlight of my year. I feel so fortunate to be part of a school community filled with such bright, curious, and compassionate students.

While I feel a little sad to see this year come to a close, I’m also filled with excitement and anticipation for what’s ahead. We have so much to celebrate—and even more to look forward to.

Next week, I’ll be sharing excerpts from my first Annual Report for Bailey’s Upper, highlighting some of our accomplishments and outlining our goals for the future. I hope you’ll take a few moments to read and reflect on the journey we’ve been on together—and the great things still to come.
