First up, I used a bunch of radishes to make this sheet-pan miso chicken. This was a super simple but delicious weeknight dinner. Next time, I'll add potatoes, too, to
soak up all that delicious chicken fat. Then, I used bell peppers, cilantro and jalapenos from the garden to round out a dense bean salad. And I got to harvest some broccolini for a tasty side dish to some boxed mac and cheese because life is all about balance. RECIPE OF THE WEEK
