Wednesday, August 13 from 2:00 PM ET to 3:30 PM ET
Please join us for brief Marketplace updates and three webinar presentations on Wednesday, August 13, at 2:00 PM ET.
Topics
2025 Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) Periodic Data Matching (PDM)
Description: This PDM process identifies dually enrolled consumers in Exchange coverage with financial assistance (APTC/CSRs) and Medicaid or CHIP that counts as qualifying coverage. Consumers will receive an initial warning notice followed by a final warning notice for those who do not take action within the 30-day PDM notice window. CMS plans to run two rounds of Medicaid/CHIP PDM in 2025. We are currently in Round 1 and have sent consumers initial notices in early July. Round 2 of Medicaid/CHIP PDM is planned to begin in mid-August.
Assister’s Do’s and Don’ts
Description: This presentation will review the requirements, duties, and rules of conduct for Assisters in the Federally-facilitated Marketplace. We will also discuss best practices when working with consumers, with some illustrative scenarios.
Creating Outreach and Education Events
