The deadly shooting at a Minneapolis Catholic school is being investigated as an act of domestic terrorism and a hate crime targeting Catholics, FBI Director Kash Patel said.

The suspect was identified as 23-year-old Robin Westman, who had a limited criminal history. Officials said at a press conference Westman worked up a "manifesto" that was timed to be released on YouTube, but has since been taken down.
