As the co-founder of O Positiv, Brianna Bitton isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo—especially when it comes to women’s health. From launching the first-ever PMS gummy to championing conversations around libido and vaginal wellness, she’s built a brand rooted in breaking taboos with science-backed solutions and a whole lot of personality.
This week, Brianna launched the bold Wet Girl Summer campaign in New York, pushing the conversation even further. We sat down with her to talk about how she started the company with her brother, the power of playful branding, and why normalizing sexual wellness isn’t just a business move—it’s personal.
You started O Positiv with your brother—how has building this company as a sibling duo shaped the journey?
It has been such a special journey building O Positiv with my brother, Bobby. Our skill sets really complement each other, with me being more creative and Bobby bringing the operational and strategic focus. Working with your brother also comes with a built-in level of trust and an understanding of each other's communication styles, which makes navigating any challenge much smoother.
What’s been your biggest “ah-ha” moment since launching the brand?
After the success of our first product, the FLO PMS Gummy Vitamin, we realized just how strong the need was for women’s health products that are science-backed, taste good, and are truly effective. At that time, most solutions were reactive responses to PMS and period pain, and we created a proactive approach. FLO laid the foundation for us to expand and create a full lineup of solutions across menstrual, vaginal, skin, digestive, and menopausal health.
