Zuckerberg lobbies: US President Donald Trump threatened tariffs on countries that impose digital taxes just days after Meta Platforms Chief Executive Officer Mark Zuckerberg raised concerns about those levies in a White House meeting.

Dell disappoints: The hardware maker shipped $8.2 billion worth of powerful servers for artificial intelligence work in the past quarter, but orders fell from the previous period and margins narrowed, worrying investors concerned about the profitability of the business.

SK Telecom fined: South Korea’s largest mobile operator was fined $97 million and hit with a stern warning from the nation’s privacy regulator after an April cyberattack compromised data of about half the population.

Web design startup Framer raised $100 million in a round that valued the Dutch company at $2 billion. The firm, founded in 2014, offers tools for creating websites, tracking marketing activity and publishing. Existing investors Meritech Capital Partners and Atomico led the round.
