on your radar?”

Just tight, relevant, and fast.
Example: “Congrats on the Series A—are you building out RevOps or still
running lean?”
Step 4: Automate, without sounding automated.
We build 4–6 step sequences with:
- Dynamic intros (based on trigger type)
- Rotating CTAs
- Reply-based branching logic
AI also tracks tone, length, and variation, so we avoid the “template trap.”

quarter?”
Step 5: Respond and qualify with AI support.
When replies come in, AI helps:
- Draft responses (based on objections or buying signals)
- Pull CRM context into replies
- Suggest next steps or meeting links
This shrinks reply time and boosts booked meetings, especially for reps
managing volume.
Example: “Thanks for the reply—sounds like timing’s tight, mind if I check
back post-Q4?
Cold email isn’t about doing more.
