The updates in the EULA have been made to various sections and highlights of the changes are listed as below:
Forger and ZBrush Core Mini entering limited maintenance mode has been reflected in various clauses.
A restriction regarding open source software has been added in §1.11.
The term of the Free Licenses has been adjusted in §9.1.
A section regarding user content has been added in §14.
The restrictions of the Software use in sanction countries and outside of the territory where the Software was acquired have been emphasized in §18.1 and other various clauses.
The updated EULA is effective as of October 22, 2025.

The updated Privacy Policy is effective immediately.
