Advisory: Planned Police Training in Crystal CityARLINGTON, Va. – The Arlington County Police Department's Emergency Response Team (ERT) will conduct planned training inside a building in the 1800 block of S. Bell Street on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, from approximately 6:00 p.m. to midnight. Community members can expect to see an increase in public safety vehicles and law enforcement officers in the area. Those in the vicinity of the training may hear noise originating from the building but are reminded that this is a training exercise only. Realistic training is critical to enhancing ACPD's response capabilities and ensuring our officers remain prepared to respond to any public safety incident that may occur in Arlington County or the region.
