 The Carroll County Sheriff’s Office said at about 3:30 p.m. that deputies are “on scene assisting Westminster Police Department with
a suspicious condition in the area of St. John’s Catholic School in Westminster. Complainants reported hearing several gunshots, and schools in the area locked down out of an abundance of caution.” |
