Senate Republicans confirmed 48 of President Donald Trump’s nominees in a single vote after changing the rules of the upper chamber in response to what they called unprecedented Democratic obstruction.

The confirmed nominees include former Fox News personality Kimberly Guilfoyle, as ambassador to Greece, and Callista Gingrich, wife of the former House speaker, to be ambassador to both Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
