Virtual Winter Meet the Coach Night is 10/27/2025!
Winter Tryouts for High School Athletics begin 11/10/2025 and Spring Tryouts for High School Athletics begin 2/23/2025.
In order to tryout, you will need to register at this link and turn in a VHSL 2025 Physical. If you would like to contact a coach, please visit here to find their email address.
New VHSL Policy:
- Physicals are now valid for 14 months from the date of completion.
Arbiter Reminder System:
- You will receive automated reminder emails from Arbiter when your student’s physical is approaching expiration.
- These reminders will be sent at 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 week(s) before expiration, as well as 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 day(s) prior.
- These emails are not spam—please check your inbox and spam/junk folders to ensure you don’t miss them.
Why this matters: We have had situations where student-athletes became ineligible during the season because their physical expired. Please be aware of when your student’s physical was completed and take action before it expires to avoid any disruptions.
