Inviting instructions for our two November auctions

The catalogue for our 21 & 22 October auction is now live and can be viewed here. The catalogue will feature over 320 lots with more to be added in the coming days and a selection of highlighted lots can be viewed below.

Lots 1 - 244 will be offered on Tuesday 21 October

Lots 245 onwards will be offered on Wednesday 22 October

If you are interested in any of our properties in this auction, then legal documents and details can be found in the catalogue on our website, where you will also be able to book viewings and register to bid.

Registering to bid

You'll need to register for bidding before the day, and no later than 5pm on Monday 20 October 2025. Registration for online, telephone or proxy bidding can be found on our website by selecting register to bid. Your registration will be reviewed by our team within one working day, who will either confirm you are approved to bid or if we need additional information.

If you were approved for bidding in any of our previous auctions, this time you simply need to add the lots you are planning on bidding on without waiting for our team to approve. If you need any help please email bidding@savills.com.

We are inviting instructions for our November auctions, which will be taking place on 5 and 25 November. Featuring lots across the UK, including a mix of residential, commercial and development opportunities and with over 180 lots already instructed across both sales, it promises to be another busy month.
