Our Cocker Spaniel had recently passed away and it was time for our family to welcome another dog. While my family and I were enjoying a weekend in Wisconsin I saw an ad for black Lab puppies in the local paper.
We went to the breeder’s and met the eight-week-old puppies, who were adorable. They were running around the yard with their ears flapping in the breeze. It was tough to choose, but we settled on one puppy who kept jumping into the laps of our children.
