Title I Engagement Policy & School Improvement and Innovation Plan
Title I Engagement Policy and Compact is distributed to all caregivers. Caregivers have opportunities to provide comments and feedback on the policy and compact through PTA meetings, the Annual Title I Meeting, School Events, and our family liaisons as well as the link below.
Comments are submitted with the school’s policy and compact to FCPS central offices and the Virginia Department of Education (VDOE). This policy and compact are made available to the broader school community through the school website.

PTA Book Fair- Oct 17-24
Today through Tuesday students will preview the fair with their class. Remind them if you prefer they not buy pencils and posters (not displayed during preview) and ask them what books look good!
Wednesday and Thursday students who bring cash or have a loaded EWallet visit the fair to shop. Or meet your child at their lunchtime to shop together. Sales close Friday 11:00.
Wednesday and Thursday 6pm to 7:30pm
Family evening at the fair
Thank you so much for supporting our students and school by participating in the fair. Choosing their own books empowers kids and inspires them on their journey to becoming lifelong readers. AND—as always—every purchase at the Fair benefits our school.

Family Math Night - November 6
Providence ES is excited to host Family Math Night on Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 5:30-7:00pm. This will be a fun night to play math games, participate in a variety of activities, and enjoy an evening together!
Come early and enjoy a FREE dinner from 5:00pm-6:00pm
