Parade

Dear Families,

We had a wonderful time wrapping up Hispanic Heritage Month with a joyful and colorful parade on Wednesday! Students in our Spanish Immersion program, along with students of Hispanic heritage who chose to participate, proudly represented a variety of Spanish-speaking countries as they marched through the instructional hallway. It was a heartwarming event that brought our school community together, and we were thrilled to have families join us for the celebration. Thank you to everyone who helped make this special event such a success!

This week certainly feels more like fall, and we’re getting excited for upcoming events, including Book Character Day on the 31st, field trips for several grade levels, and our next 3-hour early release day on Wednesday, October 29. Families will receive an eNotify email and text message on Wednesday, October 22 to confirm their student’s dismissal time. Students will follow their typical Wednesday dismissal routes unless the office has been notified of a change. All changes must be submitted before Friday, October 24 so we can ensure a safe and smooth dismissal for all students.

Reminder: Monday, October 20th is a holiday in observance of Diwali.

Have a wonderful weekend!
