Billionaires are known for making extravagant purchases—from luxurious superyachts to multimillion dollar beach homes. For Raising Cane’s founder Todd Graves, his $22 billion fortune from the fast-food chain afforded him an opportunity to live out a childhood dream: building a three-level, backyard treehouse complete with a bar, bathroom and cushy living area.
“It’s fun to have things that are magical,” says Graves.
And Graves isn’t the only one who gets to experience the magic. The treehouse has become something of a celebrity haunt for A-listers visiting town: Rapper Nelly, NFL star Ja’Marr Chase and basketball great Shaquille O’Neal are among the stars who have spent time in the billionaire’s backyard escape.
