Chris joined 1:1 coaching, unhappy with his extra belly fat.


He had been an active guy for years.

Then we bumped the calories up, and got him into a muscle growth focused phase. 


That's where the real magic happens. 


If you want to lose fat, get it over with ASAP.


Then, get back to eating more calories again. 


Otherwise, you'll keep losing the same 10lb over and over - while wondering why you look the same. 


If you've been "trying to lose fat" for months or years, you're doing it wrong.
