The same type who shows up to the airport 3 hours early.
Am I losing weight too quickly?

I used to give up on losing fat because I wasn't sure if I was doing was working.

Now, every Monday morning I get feedback.
We review what went well last week. Where I struggled. What's coming up. Am I on track?
