Dunkin' to test "Project Chill" to drive afternoon sales
Dunkin' is rolling out "Project Chill," a test across 250 locations that will rebrand stores each afternoon to emphasize cold and colorful beverages in an effort to draw younger, social media-savvy customers. Starting at 1 p.m., digital menu boards inside and outside will switch over to showcase iced drinks and other trendy offerings, such as avocado toast, which will be rebranded as "Cowboy Toast."
