I would've lost a TON of fat way sooner if I understood this, A

You've probably tried to lose weight before:

Keto

Meal plans

Calorie tracking

Doing some extra cardio

Hitting that magical 10k steps

It feels like a chase

You're actively hunting new lows.

Just like I was when I was running every single day, doing keto, and starving myself.

I lost over 50 pounds doing that (of course I looked like a skeleton at the end).

But we all know what happens next.

You gain it back. You can't keep consistent.

Here's what I've found works better for me and the 100s of folks I've worked with since 2017.

It's gardening instead of hunting.

Your body WANTS to get rid of this fat, just like a plant WANTS to grow.

All you need to do is give it everything it needs.

Sunlight. Water. Soil.

Activity. Sleep. Calorie deficit.

Then, instead of chasing you chill.  Set it and forget it.

Give your body time to work its magic. 6-12 weeks to see serious visible progress, unless you're already lean.

You'll enjoy the process a lot more, and feel a lot less burnt out.

Hope that helps.
