They say comparison is the thief of joy, but I disagree. 


don't believe everything you see on social media

it's their highlight reel, not real life

lighting changes everything


There are freaks out there.


People so shredded, jacked, and good looking - that it makes you wonder about your own rig.


And it's not fair to compare yourself to them.


They could be taking drugs. Getting surgery. Editing their pictures. 


But there's are things you CAN compare with them. 


How often do they miss their workouts?

How long have they been consistently doing this?

How hard are they pushing during each of their sets?


Those things are a fair playing field. 


And you might actually learn something. 


I'm not saying the most jacked people are doing everything right.


But odds are good they're doing at least something that's working. 


Compare what matters. Forget the rest.
