Dear White Oaks Elementary Families,
We are hosting a special "Dips and Things" snack spread in the lounge on Monday, November 3rd, during Parent/Teacher Conferences! This is a wonderful opportunity to show our amazing teachers and staff appreciation and provide them with the fuel they need during a very busy conference day.
We're requesting donations of snacks, drinks, and supplies to make the day a success and keep the lounge stocked for the coming weeks.

Important Drop-Off Details:

Sunday (11/2) Evening Drop-Off: Donations can be dropped off at my home on Sunday evening (November 2nd). Please contact me for the address.

Monday (11/3) Morning Drop-Off: You may also drop off items in the main office between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM on Monday, November 3rd.
The snack lounge will be set up in the White Oaks Elementary Teachers' Lounge from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM for the staff to enjoy!
We recognize that not everyone can contribute snacks or financial gifts right now, there are wonderful ways to show your appreciation all year long! The White Oaks Teacher Staff Appreciation Committee (TSAC) celebrates and recognizes the contributions of our incredible staff and teachers all year long!
If you're interested in helping the committee meet its mission for the 2025-2026 school year, please consider signing up to write thank you cards to staff members. This is a simple, meaningful way to contribute from home!
