IDM Notification: Experian Remote Identity Proofing (RIDP) service impact (Wed Oct 29, 2025)

This message is to inform you about an unplanned outage impacting the Experian Remote Identity Proofing (RIDP) service.

Since approximately 2:34 PM ET on Wednesday, 10/29/2025, the Experian Remote Identity Proofing (RIDP) service provided through IDM, has been experiencing problems and users may encounter errors about the service being unavailable.  Experian is actively working on restoration of this service.  CMS support teams are actively monitoring this and will send out a notification when the service is available.
