Montreal transit pass sales have shrunk to under half of the usual level so far this month, as two STM worker strikes have significantly cut back the agency service's offerings.
Just shy of 101,000 commuters bought November Zone A transit passes as of Tuesday, according to figures The Gazette's Jack Wilson obtained from the regional transit authority.
November’s sales are a decrease of more than half from the roughly 231,000 passes sold by the same date in 2024.
