November kept us busy. We’ve been head-down shipping, and this month we’re rolling out two big upgrades: a new way for your customers to get help, and a smarter way to keep your content consistent.

Introducing: Agent Page

A chat-style help page your customers will actually use.
 
Most traditional help centers ask users to search endlessly through articles or wait for a human reply. Agent Page changes that.
 
It gives your customers a fast, AI-powered way to get answers without needing to dig or wait. It combines everything your existing docs, FAQs, and content already know, and wraps it in a sleek, chat-first interface.
 
 
Deployed as a standalone page or under a path on your site like /agent.
 
You’ll find Agent Page under Deploy → Help page in your Agent dashboard. Customize it, publish, and your new support home is live.

Meet Conflicts

We’ll flag content that doesn’t match, before it confuses your customers.
 
Ever had the same data say two different things across your help articles, changelogs, or docs? Yeah, that’s a problem. Now, Chatbase detects it before your customers notice.
 
Conflicts is a new type of Chatbase suggestion that automatically flags inconsistencies in your sources, like outdated pricing on one page but not the other, or compliance status discrepancies across documents.
 
You will find these new suggestions under Sources → Suggestions, right next to your content gap insights.
