Hello! And happy Black Friday!

Yesterday's feast was one I am reckoning with today, because this bird is still stuffed! I didn't host this year, but I was requested to bring this sweet potato dish that's become a family fave.

But not to worry, I already made two big turkey breasts, so I have plenty of leftovers to make my fave turkey pot pie with my homemade crust, turkey noodle soup, and more.
