Think about your recent interactions.

Did you just give one-word answers? “Credit.” “Hi.”

How many of those moments felt meaningful?

How many left you feeling connected to the person, or to yourself?

So many daily interactions get reduced to these robotic exchanges because we’re stuck in our heads, trying to get through the moment.

But you can change that.

Instead of just answering “credit” at checkout, ask:

“How long have you worked here?”

Or, instead of giving a quick “hi” to your neighbor, ask:

“Have you got anything exciting this week?”

It’s small, but powerful.

It adds depth. It opens the door for real connection.

And it might lead into something you always wanted :-)
