I am in utter distress! All I want to do this holiday season is eat, drink and be merry, but I don’t know what on earth I’m going to gift my dad. There are only so many golf and grilling-related items a man can own.
Thankfully, just like his daughter, my old man loves to take a trip. So, perhaps a bit selfishly (and desperately), I put a callout to all staff at Lonely Planet:
What are you gifting your loved ones this year, specifically in the travel category?
If there’s one thing a travel brand’s going to do, it’s give recommendations. We received so many that we’ve packaged them (wrapping paper, big bow and all) as actual types of people you know, from your friend who spends their weekends on the trail to your friend who does their skincare on the plane. But my personal favorite category? Our own wishlist.
