Seven days is all it takes
A guy we JUST started working with sent me a text this morning:
I already feel like I'm debloating a ton. Also the tips you gave make me wonder wtf I was doing in the gym before lol
You're scared to commit to getting in shape because you think it'll take forever.
But things start changing on day 1...
your energy feels more level
you get a great sleep after a workout
you remember how good it feels to get a sweat on
By week 3...
your pants are fitting looser around the waist
you notice less flab on your back, sides, and belly
you're getting stronger and fitter in your workouts
What really takes forever is the decision.
You hum and haw all year before you finally decide to stop being fat for your vacation.
Or your 50th birthday. Or a less exciting milestone, like hitting a new high on the scale.
So you finally buckle in.
If there's one piece of advice I could give you...
Getting in shape takes long enough as it is.
Quit making it take longer by waiting until Jan 1.
