A few years ago, I had a moment I’m not proud of.

It was almost midnight.
Kitchen lights off.
Fridge door open.

Me, standing there eating cold leftovers by hand. Not even hungry, just exhausted.

I’d been “trying to cut” for months.

Tracking. Restarting.

Being strict all week, blowing up on weekends.

I remember thinking:

“Here we go again”

In my videos, I talk about growing up with food as a huge focus in my Italian family...

But this weekend I:

✅ Crushed a 45m cardio session (because I wanted to)
✅ Ate a massive breakfast + Christmas cookies without guilt
✅ Enjoyed my creamy coffee instead of obsessing over calories
✅ Checked-in with my 1:1 coaching clients, where people are transforming their bodies

My life is busy.

But fitness isn't a stress for me now.

And my results are better than ever.

I stopped treating fitness like a punishment and started following a plan that actually works with my life instead of fighting it.

Now I chill tf out and just let the system do its thing.
