Officers responded for the report of a trespassing. The reporting party stated that a male that was previously trespassed was back on the property. Officers located the subject nearby. Anwar Khan, 68, of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with trespassing. Khan was released on an unsecure bond. DUI Arrest

Officers responded for the report of a two-vehicle crash. The investigation revealed that one vehicle left before officers arrived. Officers located the vehicle nearby. Further investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle that fled was under the influence of alcohol. Marvin Chakal Sir, 40, of Fairfax was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Hit and Run, and Driving Unlicensed. Chakal Sir was held on a secure bond. (2025-18260)

Anaias Lopez Escobar, 36, of No Fixed Address was arrested and transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where he was charged with Petit Larceny and Drunk in Public. Lopez Escobar was held until he was deemed sober. (2025-18269)
