Dear Lancers:
I’m excited to share that this has been another outstanding week here at Longfellow Middle School! Our students and staff continue to demonstrate wonderful focus and enthusiasm across all classrooms and extracurricular activities. The daily routines are running smoothly, fostering a positive and productive learning environment where students feel engaged and supported. I've enjoyed watching our students collaborate on projects and tackle their academic challenges with great effort.
We look forward to carrying this momentum into this week when we have our Winter Dance on Thursday from 6-8 pm and next week where we will be having an SCA sponsored spirit week and preparing for the upcoming winter break. Winter break begins at the end of the day on Friday, December 19th and ends at the start of the day on Monday, January 5th. For your planning purposes, the main office will be closed over winter break, so if you have anything timely that needs addressing, be sure to bring it to our attention this week or next week.
