Border Patrol Chief Gregory Bovino and agents return to Chicago in show of force across city and suburbs

At least 100 U.S. Homeland Security agents or officers, including Border Patrol Chief Gregory Bovino, were active in the Chicago area for its current wave of federal immigration enforcement activity, according to a federal source familiar with the effort.
