 Manufactured Housing Zoning Ordinance Amendment
On December 9, 2025, the Board of Supervisors adopted a Zoning Ordinance amendment to support the preservation of the County's seven existing manufactured home parks. The online Zoning Ordinance will be updated in the near future. More information is available online and the amendment text can be accessed with the link below. The Zoning Ordinance amendment was adopted in conjunction with a related Comprehensive Plan amendment and Relocation Guidelines.
