Please be advised that changes to the Kanga Service Terms of Use will come into effect on December 30, 2025. The most important of these changes concerns the change of Service Operator.

What changes?

  • New Service Operator outside the European Economic Area (EEA): 3-102-93-8308 SRL based in Costa Rica replaces the current operator GBPeople LTD.
  • Resignation of the Slovak operator: Service for users from Slovakia and citizens of the Slovak Republic, who were previously served by TotalLead Spoločnosť s ručením obmedzeným based in Bratislava, will be taken over by ALL4ONE Limited Liability Company based in Gdańsk.
  • The law applicable to contracts with the Operator, subject to mandatory provisions:
    • Polish law – for all users from EEA countries, including the Slovak Republic,
    • The law of the Republic of Costa Rica – for users from outside the EEA.
  • Using two-factor authentication (2FA): New provisions have been added to the Terms and Conditions regarding additional account security. Users have been able for a long time to set up 2FA on their accounts. The Operator suggests that each user start using this account security tool individually for their own security.

We would also like to inform you about a change in the address of the registered office of ALL4ONE Limited Liability Company based in Gdańsk. The new address of the registered office is: Gdańsk 80-307, ul. Antoniego Abrahama 1A.

When do the changes come into effect?

The changes to the Terms and Conditions come into effect on December 30, 2025.

Do I need to do anything?

Yes. To continue using Kanga from December 30, 2025, you’ll need to accept the updated Terms of Use. A prompt will appear upon logging into Kanga, allowing you to review and accept the changes. If you choose not to accept, access to our services will no longer be available after this date.
