What happens when you give yourself space to breathe

Dear Iza,

If you've been following my recent emails, you'll know I gifted myself the luxury of taking a couple of weeks completely off.

No deadlines.
No projects.
No “shoulds.”

Just space to breathe, reset, and really tune into what I want for the year ahead.

And you know what surprised me most?

When I finally slowed down long enough to get quiet, the noise in my mind softened, and I started hearing myself again. The insights, the clarity, the little breakthroughs were all right there beneath the surface, waiting for me to pause long enough to listen.
