Mention groups let you @mention multiple people at once with a custom group name. This is useful for project teams, roles, or any group that doesn't map to a formal team structure. For example, if you have a remote team, you can mention everyone in a specific location (@toronto) instead of tagging each person from that location individually. Learn how to set them up here. Rules in Missive are incredibly powerful, but they can also be a little intimidating. For inspiration, we created a library of rule templates where you can download directly into your Missive account. Browse templates for AI auto-labeling, SLA management, draft creation, and more. Export and import rules
Continuing with rules, you can now import or export rule configurations. Easily share your favorite personal rules with other team members and create backup files for your automations. Run 15 companies from one place
