your calorie deficit is useless without this

You know how to lose weight.

Eat less. Move more. Calorie deficit.

That's the easy part.

But if you'd only kept off every pound you've ever lost, you'd be as lean as you want to be.

If you saw The Psychology Of Losing Fat, you understand the value in that lesson.

Example - I saw a video of a lion on Nat Geo.

He hadn't eaten in weeks. Starving. Barely hanging on.

That's you standing in the pantry at 9pm

The lion finally kills a gazelle and eats the whole thing. He’s so full he can barely move.

But here’s the part most people don't understand about weight loss.

The next day after his feast… the lion is still hungry.
The day after that… still hungry.

One big meal doesn’t undo weeks or months of restriction.

Same thing with fat loss. You don’t diet for 6 or 16 weeks, then magically feel “normal” a week later. Hunger, cravings, and low energy take time to go back to baseline.

And when you’re not prepared for that, you binge and overeat.

You give the weight back. That’s why maintenance matters.

PROTECT the weight you lose, so you don't keep losing the same 10-20 pounds for years.

Ask me how I know.

PS: thank you so much for all the responses from yesterday's email - it blew me away.

I’m going to keep working on HQ. I can't promise when it will be open just yet, as I want to take my time and kick some ass with it.

But I’m really glad you enjoyed it.
