I learned something cool that will help you work out consistently, A

Last week I did NOT want to go to the gym.

Drank more booze at my brother's wedding than the previous 6 months combined.

Next to no sleep that night. Stomach bubbling. Head pounding.

Absolute last thing I wanted to do was leg extensions to failure. Or squats.

But I thought, whatever, let's just see how it goes - worst case I do one set, throw up in the bathroom, get some Gatorade and head home.

Turns out, I had a kickass session.

Did I feel nauseous? Yes.

Did I feel tired? Also yes.

Did I do it anyway? Yes.

You don't have to feel like doing the thing in order to do the thing.

Sometimes you get started and you end up feeling good.

Give yourself that chance.

Don't let yourself be a dumpster fire based on how you feel that day.

Of course, be open to adjusting. But don't be so soft on yourself. You are entirely capable of doing hard stuff.

Even when you don't want to.

I hope that helps.
