Dear Cherry Run Families,
Welcome back! It has been wonderful to see our hallways filled with energy and laughter again following the recent winter storm. There is a special kind of magic in seeing our Cardinals reunite with their friends and teachers after a few days away.
While the snow and ice certainly provided some beautiful scenery, and hopefully some legendary sledding memories, nothing quite beats the hum of a productive classroom.
We want to extend a sincere thank you to all our Cardinal families for your patience and cooperation during the weather-related closures and delays. Your efforts in ensuring a safe and smooth re-entry this week, while navigating those icy sidewalks and slushy drop-off lanes, were very much appreciated.
With the temperatures bouncing back and forth between freezing and sunshine, our Lost & Found bin is currently overflowing with heavy coats, lonely mittens, and stray scarves. If your student is missing a layer (or two!), please encourage them to peek in the cafeteria hallway this week. We would love to reunite these items with their rightful owners!
Have a warm and safe weekend ahead!
Sincerely,
Maura Donahue and Miranda Goss

There’s also an easy-to-follow five-step process outlined for registering your child for kindergarten.
